Clear Terms for Transparent In-Home Service
Last Updated: September 16, 2026
Welcome to Lake Worth Appliance Repair Pros. These Terms of Service govern the diagnostic evaluations, repair services, parts sales, and warranty coverage provided by our licensed technicians to homeowners in Lake Worth and Palm Beach County.
1. Diagnostic Evaluation & Fee Waiver
Every appointment begins with a comprehensive diagnostic evaluation performed by a master technician.
- Diagnostic Fee: A flat diagnostic trip fee covers technician dispatch, in-home physical and electronic testing, and delivery of an itemized flat-rate repair estimate.
- 100% Diagnostic Credit: If you approve the technician's repair recommendation during the visit, the diagnostic fee is completely waived and credited toward the total cost of parts and labor.
- Diagnostic Only: If you decline the recommended repair, or if your appliance is judged economically unfeasible to repair, only the agreed-upon diagnostic trip fee is due.
2. Upfront Estimates & Repair Authorization
Before beginning any mechanical or electrical repair, our technician will provide an exact, itemized flat-rate price derived from the recognized Major Appliance Service National Price Guide. No repair work will proceed without explicit oral or written authorization from the customer or authorized adult on premises.
3. 90-Day Written Warranty Terms
We stand firmly behind our workmanship and our factory OEM parts:
- Coverage Scope: All newly installed OEM parts and the associated technician labor are warranted for ninety (90) calendar days from the date of completed installation.
- Warranty Remedy: In the event that a replaced component fails under normal residential use during the warranty period, we will inspect, repair, or replace the defective part at zero cost to the homeowner.
- Exclusions: The warranty applies strictly to the specific parts installed and the associated failure diagnosed. It does not cover unrelated secondary failures, pre-existing structural issues, cosmetic damage, commercial use of residential appliances, power surges, lightning strikes, pest damage, or unauthorized third-party tampering.
4. Homeowner Responsibilities
To ensure technician safety and efficient service, customers agree to:
- Ensure an adult (18 years or older) with authorization to approve repairs is present throughout the appointment.
- Provide unobstructed and safe access to the appliance, power disconnects, and water shutoff valves.
- Keep pets secured away from the work area while tools, electrical meters, and open panels are active.
5. Payment Terms
Payment in full is due immediately upon completion of diagnostic or repair services. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and local checks. Invoices and warranty certificates are delivered electronically or via printed receipt.
